Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create high-quality 3D assets and environments for VR simulations and training modules.
• Create and present concept art, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate visual ideas.

3D Modeling and Texturing
• Develop detailed 3D models and assets with an eye for realism, scale, and proportions.
• Create and apply textures and materials that are optimized for VR performance.

Lighting and Rendering
• Work on lighting setup to create realistic or stylized scenes for VR simulations.
• Optimize rendering settings for performance in VR.

Animation
• Develop animations for characters, machinery,



or other elements within VR simulations as needed.
• Ensure that animations are optimized for real-time performance in VR.

Asset Optimization
• Optimize 3D assets for performance, ensuring they maintain visual fidelity while performing efficiently within a VR setting.
• Should be proficient with the concept of PBR workflow.
• Expert in creating low-poly assets.

Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with developers, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure that 3D content aligns with project goals and vision.
• Provide creative input during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Quality Assurance
• Conduct regular reviews and iterations of 3D assets to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Address feedback from team members and clients and make necessary adjustments.

Mentorship
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior 3D artists in the team.
