Role Description The Business Development Executive – FMCG (Field Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and converting new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in the skincare and FMCG segment. The executive will conduct field visits, pitch products, negotiate terms, and drive sales targets in assigned territories. Responsibilities include managing relationships with existing partners, tracking market trends, collecting feedback,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely supply, merchandising, and brand visibility. The role also includes preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and representing the brand at trade events or store activations as needed.
Qualifications
• Ability to drive growth through New Business Development and Lead Generation in FMCG or skincare categories.
• Solid Business acumen, including understanding of retail channels, margins, and territory planning.
• Excellent Communication skills for pitching products, negotiating, and building long-term relationships.
• Account Management capabilities to service and grow existing retailer and distributor partnerships.
• Proven field sales experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care sectors is highly desirable.
• Comfort with on-ground travel within Delhi/NCR and surrounding regions.
• Ability to work with sales reports, CRM tools, and basic MS Offic
