It offers end-to-end services such as ocean and air transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, cargo insurance, and door-to-door delivery across a growing pan-India network, including Mumbai and other key cities.

Role Description This full time, on-site Customer Service – Ocean Freight Export role is based in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer inquiries related to ocean freight export shipments, providing timely updates on booking status, documentation, and cargo movement, and coordinating with internal operations, customs clearance teams, and external partners such as shipping lines. The individual will manage export documentation, verify accuracy of shipping instructions,



and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving service issues, maintaining customer records, and supporting cargo consolidation and routing as per client needs. The role focuses on delivering responsive, professional customer service and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in LCL & FCL ocean freight forwarding and customs clearance
- Working knowledge of VGM, SI filing, Form 13, SCMTR, carrier bookings, track & trace etc.
- Should be able to independently handle client and agent email / telephonic communication
- Should be able to problem solve with carriers / co-loaders in case of operational issues
- Well versed with spot pricing interfaces of MLOs with working knowledge of ex-works & DDU / DDP pricing and should be able to quote
- Experience in Air Freight
