ABOUT SECONDZ
Secondz is building software that automates complex business workflows by reading documents and producing accurate, reliable outputs. We are a small, quick-moving product team, and we are now growing our engineering team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support Secondz in coordinating its hiring process. You will be the point of contact for applicants, help onboard selected candidates, keep the hiring pipeline organised and record minutes of meetings. You will work directly with the founders and the engineering team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contact applicants by phone, email and WhatsApp to confirm interest, availability and next steps.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the team.
Send timely follow-ups, selection updates and rejection messages.
Onboard selected candidates, including NDA signing, documentation and access to team channels.
Maintain a hiring tracker with each candidate’s status, feedback and next steps.
Attend team and hiring meetings, and write clear minutes covering decisions, action items and owners.
Share meeting minutes with the team promptly and follow up on pending action items.
Keep all hiring records and documentation organised and up to date.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Good organisation and follow-up discipline.
Comfort with calling and messaging candidates professionally.
Clear, accurate note-taking and writing skills.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and Gmail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with candidate and company information.
GOOD TO HAVE
Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment or operations.
Experience with tracking tools such as Notion, Airtable or Trello.
Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom or similar tools.
