Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and process-driven Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function at Samadhan Group.




The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing structured HR policies, improving existing processes, and ensuring accountability across departments. A key focus will be on establishing measurable performance management systems, maintaining workplace discipline, improving employee retention, and building a positive, performance-oriented organisational culture.
The Senior HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, resolve employee concerns, identify capability gaps, and drive organisational effectiveness.
