At THR3LETTER, we’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist who understands what it takes to grow a fashion e-commerce brand profitably, identify performance gaps and break through growth plateaus.
Who we’re looking for:
* 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with substantial experience specifically in fashion and apparel.
* A proven track record of scaling Indian D2C fashion brands and international e-commerce businesses across markets such as the US, UK, Australia and UAE.
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Shopify, creative strategy, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, ROAS, CAC and profitable budget scaling.
* Someone who knows how to diagnose underperforming campaigns,
identify what’s limiting growth and execute a explicit scaling strategy.
* A senior independent freelancer who personally manages the account, dedicates consistent time and takes complete ownership of performance.
We value demonstrated results, strategic thinking and accountability over presentations and promises.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity, working directly with the founder.
