Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing & Account Management Associate (Trainee) to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full time, on-site opportunity for fresh graduates interested in building a career in client servicing and event management.
You will work closely with experienced Account Managers, supporting client communication, event planning, vendor coordination and on-ground execution, while gaining hands-on experience across projects from the initial brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Servicing: Coordinate with clients, share project updates, follow up on approvals and maintain professional client relationships.
• Proposals & Presentations: Assist in preparing proposals,



presentation decks, cost estimates and event briefs.
• Event Planning & Execution: Support event timelines, checklists, logistics, registrations and on-ground coordination.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with venues and vendors for audio-visual requirements, décor, printing, catering and other event needs.
• Internal Coordination: Work with creative, production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Account Management: Maintain client records, project trackers and event documentation, and identify potential opportunities for existing clients.
• Commercial & Post-Event Support: Assist with vendor quotations, invoices, payment follow-ups, event reports and client feedback.

Qualifications
