Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) invites applications from accomplished and energetic administrative professionals for the position of Executive Registrar to lead university administration, governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional development.

? Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including experience as an Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration; OR
• Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; OR
• 15 years of administrative experience, of which at least 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Desirable: Ph.D. Degree

? Key Responsibilities
• Oversee university administration, governance, and statutory matters.
• Ensure compliance with UGC regulations and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate meetings of statutory bodies, including the Board of Management and Academic Council.
• Supervise establishment, HR, academic administration, and official records.
• Facilitate policy implementation, institutional planning, and interdepartmental coordination.
