Role & responsibilities
Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve.
• Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
• Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS,
Workflow management
• Metrics calculation
• Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
• Met/Breach results
• Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
• Business Overview
• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
• Covenant performance
• PD/LGD analysis
• Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.
Preferred candidate profile
• Robust Accounting and financial skills
• Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
• Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino or Lex
