Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Junior Accounts & Purchase Executive to support our accounting, procurement, and vendor coordination activities. The role involves maintaining purchase and accounting records, processing supplier invoices, coordinating purchase orders, verifying bills, assisting with GST-related documentation, tracking payments, and ensuring accurate financial and inventory records.
The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, valuable Excel skills, and an understanding of purchasing processes. Candidates with knowledge of CCTV, ELV, networking, and security system products will be preferred, as the role involves purchasing technical products for customer projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Finance Support• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records accurately.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Assist with vendor payments, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reports.




• Record daily financial transactions and maintain supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and expense statements.
• Support GST-related documentation, including invoice verification and tax records.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for bank reconciliation and ledger updates.
• Maintain vendor ledgers and assist with accounts payable activities.
• Organize accounting documents for audits and internal verification.
• Prepare basic accounting reports using Excel or accounting software.

2. Purchase & Procurement Management• Prepare and process purchase orders based on project and business requirements.
• Collect quotations from suppliers and prepare price comparison statements.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, order confirmation, and delivery schedules.
