Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Administrator based in Singur. The Junior Human Resources Administrator will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating documentation and HRIS data entry. The role involves helping administer benefits, tracking attendance and leaves,



and supporting compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The individual will assist in organizing HR-related communication, responding to employee queries, and preparing basic HR reports and spreadsheets. This position works closely with senior HR team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a basic understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration, including supporting leave, payroll-related inputs, and employee benefits documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, record maintenance, and generating standard reports.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to entry-level HR
