Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for Hiring Customer Care Executives in the Vodafone Process (Mobile Number Portout) division, located in Lucknow. The selected candidates will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to the mobile number portout process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Other daily tasks include providing support to customers via calls or other communication channels and promoting additional services when necessary.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Experience in Sales or promoting services will be advantageous
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Prior experience in a BPO environment or customer care is preferred
• Sound computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
