Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce Orical Technology LLP’s services, and explain how XpressTenders.com can support their tendering and compliance needs.



Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, providing clear information about service offerings and pricing, and guiding customers through the initial onboarding steps. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, achieving daily and monthly call and conversion targets, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients. The Telesales Executive will also handle basic customer queries, escalate complex issues when needed, and contribute feedback to improve sales scripts and customer experience.
