Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Executive role based in Prantij. The Field Executive will interact directly with farmers and local partners to promote ReAgri’s residue-free farming products and services, conduct product demonstrations,



and support adoption of sustainable agronomy practices. Responsibilities include visiting farms and local markets, explaining product benefits, collecting customer feedback, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. The role also involves coordinating small meetings or field days, maintaining accurate records of field activities, and reporting market trends and farmer needs to the central team. The Field Executive will collaborate with sales and agronomy teams to achieve growth targets while building long-term relationships with the farming community.
