Role Description The Senior Engineer role at Cosmos Group is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The senior engineer will oversee new enquiries and support and guide field sales team members with technical inputs to gain project orders and will fill the gap between customers' requirements , design team and the machine building planning team .
Qualifications
• Strong mechanical foundation with experience in CNC machine tools, machining centres, Turning machines , Work holding systems, cutting tools.
• Proficiency in design and CAM tools (e.g., Autocad, Solidworks, Powermill) .
• Strong knowledge of GD &T; , 12 degree of freedom.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, including alignment, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of CNC controls, motion systems, and industrial automation concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with electrical and controls engineers.
• Ability to plan and execute engineering projects, manage priorities in a production environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
