We are looking for an experienced PEGA Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for PEGA skillset.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for PEGA roles - PEGA Developer, Senior Developer, Lead, Architect, BA, QA.Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn RPS), Social Media, Referrals & Internal Database.Expertise in PEGA skills - PRPC, PEGA Infinity, PEGA CDH, PEGA Constellation, CSSA, LSA.Screening, evaluating technical fitment, salary negotiation & closing.Working closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand requirements.Maintaining pipeline of PEGA consultants for future requirements.Daily submission tracking and stakeholder management.Required Skills:6+ years of proven experience in IT Recruitment with minimum 3+ years in PEGA recruitment is mandatory.Solid knowledge of PEGA ecosystem and certification levels (CSA, CSSA, LSA).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and close positions quickly.Preferred:Experience in hiring for US / UK / India markets.Immediate joiner preferred.
