The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer cum Editor to join our marketing and visual communication team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sensibility, an understanding of digital storytelling and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling visual and video content.
The role involves designing marketing collaterals, editing social-first videos,



developing campaign creatives and maintaining visual consistency across Edstead's projects and brand properties. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple projects, adapting to different brand identities and collaborating with the marketing, production and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Communication
• Design marketing collaterals for documentary series, branded content properties and digital campaigns.
• Create social media reel thumbnails, banners, story assets and promotional graphics..
• Maintain visual consistency across platforms while adapting creative assets to different formats and specifications.
• Work with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into robust visual concepts.

Video Editing & Digital Content
• Edit promotional videos, trailers, teasers, episodic promos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and short-form content.
• Create engaging edits using interview footage, behind-the-scenes content, event footage
