● 5–15 years in field sales within a distribution business
● You have owned the business at your current level - whatever the size
● Robust with numbers - you read a funnel and know what to fix
● Track record of tracking and moving daily input metrics
● Proven team management: hiring, coaching, and retaining field teams
● Comfortable in the market, not only in review meetings
Good to Have :
● Home Loan or LAP sales experience
● Built a market or team from scratch
● Multi-location or multi-team leadership exposure
● Familiarity with CRM-led sales tracking
● Local market knowledge in the geography you apply for
