1. Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 5–8 years of skilled experience to support and execute architectural design and project delivery activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural planning, design development, preparation of detailed working drawings, material specifications, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
The role requires the ability to independently manage assigned architectural packages, ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and project requirements, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities
A.



Architectural Design & Planning
• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design proposals based on project briefs.
• Prepare and review space planning layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings.
• Assist in developing design options, 3D views, presentation drawings, and material palettes.
• Ensure design consistency, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project requirements.
• Incorporate comments and design revisions into drawings and presentations.

B. Working Drawings & Documentation
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, wall details, door-window schedules, staircase details, toilet details, and other construction details.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialist consultants.
