Role Description The Sales Business Head (Real Estate) will lead and grow the sales organization, driving revenue, market expansion, and profitability for Square Yards’ offerings in Bengaluru.



This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing business development initiatives, and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve aggressive targets. The position includes owning P&L; for the region, optimizing sales processes, and using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The Sales Business Head will build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, financial institutions, and key clients, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business objectives. The role also requires monitoring market trends, identifying current growth opportunities, and representing Square Yards in industry events and strategic negotiations.
