About Growvex Digital
Growvex Digital is a founder-led performance marketing agency based in Jaipur. We build complete growth systems for D2C & e-commerce, fashion, beauty, hospitality, healthcare, education, F&B;, and more.
Our work includes Meta & Google Ads, high-converting content & UGC, social media management, Shopify development, influencer campaigns, and marketplace growth — all under one roof, with zero upfront fees and full accountability. We focus on real results: ROAS, revenue, and scalable systems rather than vanity metrics.
We are looking for a creative, driven Junior Content Creator to join our team and help produce scroll-stopping content for our clients and the agency.
Role Overview
You will create content that performs — Reels, carousels, static creatives, ad copy, and UGC-style assets — across Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role with real client work from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Ideate, script, and create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and static posts for client brands and Growvex Digital.

• Develop performance-focused ad creatives and UGC-style content for Meta Ads campaigns.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Assist in building and executing monthly content calendars.
• Stay updated with trends (especially in D2C, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, and lifestyle niches) and apply them creatively.
• Collaborate with the team on shoots, basic editing, and client deliverables.
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI tools to produce high-quality output efficiently.
• Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements
• 0 to 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative role (internships and strong personal portfolios are welcome).
• Robust portfolio showcasing Reels, carousels, ad creatives, or social media content (mandatory — share links or samples).
• Good command of English + ability
