Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Group Head – Media Planning & Buying to lead end-to-end media planning, buying, and negotiations across biddable and non-biddable platforms for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Indian media ecosystem (digital + offline), strong client servicing experience across multiple categories, and a proven track record in both branding and performance media buying. You should be comfortable switching contexts between FMCG, BFSI, e-commerce, tech, fragrance, and other verticals while maintaining strategic rigor and commercial discipline.
This role will own media strategy, budget allocation, and cross-functional execution to ensure optimal ROI, competitive rates, and seamless campaign delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop integrated,



category-specific media plans aligned with client business objectives across FMCG, Fintech, Fragrance, BFSI, Ecommerce, Technology, and other sectors.
• Lead budget allocation, channel mix recommendations, and audience targeting strategies across digital and offline channels (TV, OTT, social, OOH/DOOH, print, audio, and emerging platforms).
• Can able to manage VD across all the partners
• Translate campaign objectives into actionable media plans in collaboration with Media Planners, Operations, and Creative teams.
• Adapt media approaches based on category dynamics (e.g., high-frequency FMCG vs. consideration-driven BFSI vs. conversion-focused e-commerce).

Media Buying & Negotiations
• Lead media buying and negotiations across platforms, publishers, networks, and media partners to secure competitive rates, optimal inventory, and effective budget utilisation.
