JIIT invites applications from eminent, agile and committed professionals to lead the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at JIIT, Noida.

Role Overview:

The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across all academic and administrative functions of the Centre. This role ensures the effective delivery of distance and online education programs in compliance with UGC guidelines, while maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual admission target for CDOE and build the execution plan across marketing, admissions, and academic delivery.
• Ensure LMS infrastructure, E-content quality, and examination integrity meet both UGC standards and learner expectations
• Ensure all programmes, fee structures,



and marketing materials are compliant with statutory bodies such as AICTE / UGC OL Regulations and subsequent amendments.
• Own the institutional response to any statutory regulatory query.
• Represent CDOE at national conferences and media platforms as a thought leader and evangelist, drive innovation in programme design and learner experience.

Qualification:
• PhD in CSE or Management - preferred for Director.
• Post PhD Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience overseeing digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategy, or social media lead generation.
• Experience managing channel partners, agents, or third-party enrolment networks.
