Role Description – Corporate Growth Associate

The Corporate Growth Associate is an on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on sales, business development, and student engagement. The selected candidates will promote Corizo’s IT training programs, connect with prospective students, understand their learning and career goals, and guide them toward suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
* Explain Corizo’s IT training programs, course advantages, and enrollment process.




* Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments.
* Understand student requirements and recommend relevant training programs.
* Maintain lead records and track sales activities.
* Build positive relationships with students and contribute to business growth.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and enrollment goals.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Any graduate — BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., B.Tech, or equivalent.
* Experience: Freshers are welcome.
* Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales Skills: Interest in sales, persuasion, negotiation, and business development.
* Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Location: Hyderabad — On-site.
