As we scale our team across sales, delivery and operations, we're looking for people who want to build a specialist practice rather than join a generalist IT shop.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are building out our managed-support desk so that off-hours and weekend coverage for enterprise clients runs on a proper rota rather than informal goodwill. This role handles day-to-day monitoring, ticket resolution and tenant hygiene across our clients' SASE/SSE and endpoint security estates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring & Ticket Handling
• Monitor client Netskope,



Menlo Security and endpoint security tenants.
• Triage, investigate and resolve L1/L2 support tickets within SLA.
Off-Hours Coverage
• Participate in a rostered on-call rotation covering evenings, weekends and time zones outside standard IST business hours for clients who require it contractually.
Tenant Hygiene & Escalation
• Perform routine health checks, policy reviews and configuration hygiene tasks across managed tenants; flag drift or misconfiguration to Professional Services.
• Escalate complex issues to Skilled Services Engineers or the Tech Lead with clear, well-documented findings.
• Maintain accurate ticket and runbook documentation, and communicate status clearly to client technical contacts.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–4 years in a SOC, NOC or security support role, ideally with cloud or SASE/SSE platform exposure.
