Role: Business Data Analyst
Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai
Mandatory Skills: Property and Casualty Insurance, SQL, STTM, BRD and FRD

Key Role and Responsibilities:
o Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.
o Should be able to connect with Client SME & understand Functionality,
o Should be able to do Data Profiling - Understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements- How to standardize Reference, and master data across systems
o Work Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that allow stakeholders to understand data mappings & transformations

Must Have:
o 4 + years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping,



and Data Transformations. o Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB.
o Very positive Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills.
o SQL, business requirement gatherings, Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing.
o Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from a different system.
o Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C;) Domain clients.
o Be a self-starter. o Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.
