Role Description The Outbound Sales Representative will conduct proactive outreach to prospective students and partners, primarily through phone, email, and online channels in a WFO setting. This role includes qualifying leads, presenting program offerings, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospects through the admissions or enrollment process. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently, and collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and enrollment targets.



The position is remote and requires a structured approach to daily activities such as cold calling, lead nurturing, pipeline management, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong lead-nurturing capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging prospects, building rapport, and handling objections.
• Ability to work independently in an aggressive environment, with robust time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Sales experience in education, training, or related sectors is an advantage.
