Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, AdTech, data-driven solutions, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across relevant industries.
• Connect with brands, agencies,



and potential partners to understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Present Segumento’s audience intelligence, location intelligence, and data-driven marketing solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital marketing, SaaS, or media sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
