Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role for our NBFC operations, based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger entries,



and reconciliation of accounts related to healthcare lending activities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring loan disbursements and repayments, ensuring compliance with NBFC regulatory and reporting requirements, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also involves tracking cash flows, assisting in budgeting and MIS reporting, coordinating with operations and underwriting teams on financial data, and maintaining accurate documentation for all transactions. The Accountant will work closely with senior finance leadership to support financial planning, improve controls, and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
