Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for supporting overall business operations and branch performance. The AGM will oversee day-to-day activities related to construction equipment rentals, including fleet utilization,



service coordination, and adherence to safety and maintenance standards. This role involves supervising teams, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring that customer requirements are met with timely and reliable service. The AGM will collaborate with senior management on planning, budgeting, and implementation of operational strategies, as well as optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability. The role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in construction equipment rental, infrastructure, logistics, or related industrial sectors.
