Assistant Professor – Marketing
Marketing will contribute to high-quality teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and institutional academic initiatives. The candidate is expected to bring contemporary marketing perspectives into the classroom, integrate practical applications into management education, and contribute to the Institute’s research and academic development objectives.
Educational Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related discipline from a recognized university; candidates who have submitted their Ph.D.



thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree may also apply.
• A postgraduate qualification in Management/Business Administration with Marketing specialization, or an equivalent relevant qualification, from a recognized institution.
• A solid academic record and sound conceptual understanding of marketing and management fundamentals.

Work Experience
• 1–5 years of relevant teaching and/or research experience in reputed universities, management institutes, educational institutions, or B-Schools.
• Experience in teaching postgraduate management students, particularly in PGDM or MBA programmes, will be preferred.
• Evidence of effective classroom delivery, student engagement, and academic contribution will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills and Competencies
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to connect marketing concepts with contemporary business practices and industry developments.
