We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end sales. The candidate should have hands- on experience handling the complete sales cycle in Domestic or International markets, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Contact potential clients and explain our services.
Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and clients regularly.
Schedule client meetings and assist in closing deals.
Prepare basic quotations and proposals.
Maintain client and lead details in CRM.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.

Requirements
2+Yrs of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.




Good communication and convincing skills.
Good follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Comfortable with making calls and speaking with clients.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
