Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mangaluru. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for NUROFIN’s AI-driven solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms.



The role also involves building and maintaining solid client relationships, coordinating with internal product and technical teams, tracking sales metrics, and providing market feedback to support strategy and product development.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and oversee deal execution.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in B2B sales within financial services, fintech, or related technology domains is highly beneficial.
