We are looking for a dedicated and organized Supporting Staff Member to join our Retail Finance team and assist in managing home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), personal loans, and other retail finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Retail Finance team in handling Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, and other retail loan files.
• Coordinate with customers, banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Collect, verify, and organize customer documents required for loan processing.
• Follow up with banks and financial institutions regarding loan applications and their status.
• Maintain proper records of loan applications, documentation, and disbursement status.
• Assist in preparing loan files, application forms, and other necessary documentation.




• Track pending documents, approvals, and disbursements to ensure timely processing.
• Provide regular updates to the team regarding application progress.
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales executives, and banking partners.

Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in banking, finance, loan processing, or customer coordination. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
