Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in Kolkata. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning solvent printing machines and related systems at customer locations. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, carrying out repairs, and providing on-site technical support to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.



The role involves documenting service activities, maintaining service records, and coordinating with internal teams to arrange parts and follow up on complex issues. The Service Engineer will also interact directly with customers to explain equipment usage, provide basic training, and communicate service timelines and outcomes in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for printing machines and related equipment.
• Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills, including preventive maintenance and hands-on repair of mechanical and electrical components.
• Candidates should possess field service experience, with the ability to work at customer sites and manage on-site service activities independently.
