We are hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Requirements
• 2–4 years of B2B sales / BDR experience
• US-market selling experience is required
• Ideally 1+ year selling AI/SaaS into construction
• Strong proven cold-calling ability
• Experience with outbound prospecting and ABM
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Solid email, LinkedIn outreach, objection handling, and follow-up skills
• Ability to independently research accounts, identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and execute outbound sequences
• Basic understanding of construction, AI, and SaaS
• Experience selling to GCs, subcontractors, estimators, preconstruction teams, or related construction personas is a strong plus
• Construction + AI/SaaS experience
• ZoomInfo / Sales Navigator proficiency
• Communication, objection handling, and follow-ups
