Key Responsibilities:
• Customer engagement, market research, and business development.
• Product understanding and introductory customer demos.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
• Prepare proposals and assist with Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and Technical Teams.
Requirements:
• Robust communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• MS Office proficiency; CRM knowledge is a plus.
