Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service – Ocean Exports role based in CBD Belapur,Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling customer inquiries and service requests related to ocean export shipments, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking. The individual will coordinate with internal operations,



carriers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement and clear communication. Daily tasks include managing calls and emails, resolving service issues, updating customers on shipment status, and maintaining records in relevant systems. The role also includes supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, monitoring service performance, and contributing to process improvements in ocean export operations.
