Role Description KITES Senior Care is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development for our Kochi location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach in the healthcare and geriatric care sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing clinical engagement strategies, building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners,



and driving patient referrals and business conversions. The role also involves organizing doctor meets, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes, and clinical outreach activities to strengthen brand visibility and referral networks.
• The candidate will work closely with clinical and operations teams to improve patient experience, identify new business opportunities, and achieve business development targets.
• Any degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant skilled experience, preferably in business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Experience in the geriatric care, hospital, healthcare, or related medical services sector is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, particularly in engaging with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professional
