About the role
You'll be the person who takes a business from "we saw your ad, tell me more" to "we've signed, let's go live." At JoyzAI, that means talking to founders and business owners who already want what we sell: AI chatbots and AI calling agents that answer every lead, follow up on WhatsApp, and book the next step. You'll figure out where it fits in their business and close the deal.
You won't be cold calling. Every lead you get has filled our form and then been qualified on a call by our own AI calling agent. By the time a lead reaches you, they've confirmed their need, their interest and their intent to talk. These are hot leads, ready for a conversation. You'll be selling the same product that just qualified them.
This is not a lead-forwarding role. You own the deal from start to finish. You understand the product well enough to run the demo yourself, and you're sharp enough with people to know what the customer actually needs. You win deals by understanding the problem, not by pushing a pitch deck. When you close, you earn: fixed pay plus performance incentives.
What you'll do
Hot inbound leads
• Pick up AI-qualified leads rapid. They've already said yes to a conversation, so speed to lead is part of the job.
• Read the AI call summary before you dial, and start the conversation from where the AI left off. Don't make the lead repeat themselves.
• Go deeper than the AI did. Find out how their business makes money, where leads slip through the cracks today, who decides, and what's driving the urgency.
Demos and closing
• Run live demos that show the AI handling their kind of customer, not a generic script.
• Map the right solution (chatbot, AI calling, WhatsApp automation, CRM flows) to the number they care about: response time, conversion, or cost per lead.
• Handle objections on pricing, AI accuracy, and "will it sound like a robot?", then negotiate and close. The fact that they were just qualified by our AI is often your best proof point.
