Sushaasan.in, the non-profit civic tech startup tackling Pune’s major civic challenges with 24/7 AI infrastructure, has officially joined the Claude for Startups program, which includes $1,000 in API credits and a wide range of features and tools.
Since I don’t personally use all these resources, I'm looking for someone passionate about Sushaasan's growth who can fully leverage them as a marketing operations intern and is fully sponsored for all Claude tools and credits.
THE ROLE: Marketing Operations Intern

As you may know, Sushaasan.in is expanding rapidly, has been featured by Punekarnews (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeJP2zpitX4/?stkn=MWZ1b3hjZXFod3Vwdw==) and Rising Startup (https://lnkd.in/p/gC3xV674), and is emerging as a prominent startup with many interested non-profit initiatives and supporters.
This is an excellent chance to build your reputation in the top civic tech sector and gain entry into an elite circle involved in government policy-making.
WHERE WE ARE (and we’re just getting started) ?
• ✅ 836 real citizen complaints collected across 33 wards in Pune
• ✅ 345 actionable plans, worth ₹9.23 crore in identified fixes
• ✅ 492 solution briefs sent directly to ward officers and corporators
• ✅ Ward officers piloting Sushaasan in their daily work
What you’ll do:
• Build and run marketing automation pipelines using Claude tools, with a consistent brand voice and theme
• Set up and manage outreach and reply automation
• Dedicate some time every day to manual checks and pipeline health.
• Build professional relationships with IAS officers, top private civic space entrepreneurs, and senior government stakeholders
Who you are:
• An advanced Claude user who builds working workflows, not just prompts
