About the role:
You will be joining one of the fastest growing sales teams in the FreightTech space. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to onboard recent clients and build client relationships in order to gain market share. In this role,



you will directly contribute to our mission of building the largest sustainable global shipping network with a 40% Gross Margin by developing client relationships, while leveraging data, & technology to maximize the customer’s experience.

In this role, you will

Build:
• Build relationships and establish credibility through remote and in-person meetings with new clients
• Build and promote customer engagement in our Silq app, through weekly check-ins with customers.
• Build a culture rooted in delivering “customer love”, you win when they win

Execute:

• Diligently meet/exceed monthly goal to grow share of wallet once clients are onboarded.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client experience in the app meets and exceeds expectations by ensuring projects are set up correctly in the system.
• Daily Project/Shipment health checks to ensure all projects are on track and up to date. It will be (Logistics coordinators) role to ensure all project
