About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Brand Management & Digital Marketing Executive to manage brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, advertising campaigns, and online presence for Softwires Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Digital Crew India.
The primary responsibility will be to establish and strengthen Softwires Technologies as a recognized technology brand, promote its services and products, and support B2B lead generation through strategic digital marketing activities.
The candidate will also manage the brand presence of Digital Crew India, maintaining separate brand identities and communication strategies for both companies.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management & Strategy
• Develop and execute brand-building strategies for both companies.




• Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across digital platforms.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and target audiences.
• Create monthly brand awareness and marketing plans.

2. Social Media & Content Management
• Manage companies pages and content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, videos, Shorts, and promotional content.
• Develop content around AI, Generative AI, AI agents, custom software development, game development, AR/VR/XR, and company products.
• Write engaging captions, video scripts, descriptions, and calls to action.
• Coordinate with technical teams to create project showcases, demos, case studies, and portfolio content.
• Use AI tools to improve content research, creation, and productivity.
