Role Description The Technical Sales and Business Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts in the Iron and Steel sector, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting TEKOR’s flux products to prospective clients. Daily activities include meeting with customers, providing technical product demonstrations and recommendations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The position also involves coordinating with internal technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery, resolving customer issues, and gathering market intelligence to support pricing, product development, and strategic decision-making. The Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales reports, achieve assigned targets, and represent TEKOR professionally at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Robust technical understanding of metallurgical processes, especially in the Iron and Steel industry, and the ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with experience managing industrial or B2B accounts.
