HIRING: REMOTE SALES EXECUTIVE — CANADIAN COMPANY

Location: India — Work From Home
Shift: Night shift aligned with Canadian business hours
Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills

About the Role

We are a Canadian company providing mortgage and business-financing services. We are hiring a confident, organised sales executive based in India to contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and book appointments for our Canadian team.

Full training will be provided on our services, sales process, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries.
• Understand clients’ financing needs and collect initial information.
• Explain our services clearly and professionally.
• Book appointments with our mortgage and business-financing specialists.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and approved messaging channels.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM.
• Work toward agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Handle client information confidentially.





Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
• Robust listening, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently from home during night shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own laptop or desktop, reliable internet, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Sales, telecalling, or international BPO experience preferred.
• Mortgage or business-financing experience is helpful but not required.
