Role Description The Community Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the co-working space, including overseeing member onboarding, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all community members. The individual will plan and execute community events, foster partnerships with local businesses and creators, and actively engage members to build a vibrant,



inclusive culture. Daily tasks include monitoring space utilization, coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing operational processes, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. The role also involves tracking key operational metrics, implementing improvements, and collaborating with the leadership team to support brand initiatives and growth.
