Role Description The Europe - Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for advising customers on Europe travel itineraries, suggesting destinations and experiences, and creating tailored travel packages that meet individual preferences and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, preparing quotations, managing bookings, coordinating reservations with suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation of travel arrangements.



The consultant will follow up with leads, convert prospects into confirmed bookings, maintain solid relationships with travelers, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on Europe travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal deals to provide informed recommendations and drive sales.

Qualifications
• Ability to provide expert Travel Consulting and design customized Europe itineraries for diverse customer profiles.
• Experience in Travel Management, including planning multi-city trips, coordinating logistics, and optimizing travel schedules.
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements such as flights, accommodations, local transport, and activities.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with Reservations systems or book
