About the Role
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Client Coordinator & Analyst. The main focus of this role is analysis: creating and checking assignments based on our training sessions, and reviewing the responses given by client teams. You will also coordinate with client teams on assignments and deadlines, and support our trainers and management with your findings.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis (main focus)
- Analyse each task given and carry out the work accordingly
- Create assignments from session PPTs
- Analyse the assignment questions to check that they are correct and match the session content
- Check the responses given by clients and review them for completeness and accuracy
- Evaluate the content of submissions against the expected standard and the training objectives
- Analyse assignment data, including submissions, scores, pending work and delays,



for every client
- Keep trackers and data in Excel or Google Sheets organised and up to date

Client Coordination
- Send reminders to clients before the last date of each assignment, and follow up until the work is submitted
- Coordinate with client employees for queries or anything related to their work
- Inform trainers and management about delays or problems
- Coordinate with trainers on assignment details and timelines

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in analysis, operations, training coordination or a similar role
- Graduate in a relevant field
- Fluent English, spoken and written (required)
- Hindi and Gujarati preferred, as they help with local clients
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel (data tracking, formulas, analysis)
- Comfort with PowerPoint, email and online meeting platforms
