About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Primary Market Research qualified with 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and developing actionable insights to support business and client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct primary market research on healthcare markets, pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and customer needs.
• Develop and refine research tools, including questionnaires, screeners, and discussion guides.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and analysis to ensure accurate and reliable research findings.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visualizations using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other analytical tools.




• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Document client meetings, summarize key discussions, and track project action items.
• Support project execution across survey design, fieldwork coordination, data analysis, and final report delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Adhere to client requirements, research ethics, and applicable compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• MBA candidates with relevant healthcare primary market research experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
