Position: Accounts Payable Senior Executive
Location: Noida, Sector 125

Role Description:
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising end-to-end Accounts Payable and finance operations, ensuring statutory compliance, financial accuracy, effective internal controls, and timely reporting. The role requires a senior professional capable of independently managing, reviewing, and supervising finance activities, guiding team members,



resolving complex issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Experience:
8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance & Accounts, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable Management:
1.1 Invoice Processing & Verification:
• Supervise the processing and verification of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined timelines.
• Review supporting documents, including purchase orders, vendor contracts, rate cards, and management approvals.
• Ensure correct accounting of invoices under appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centres.
• Monitor timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and resolve escalated discrepancies.

1.2 Vendor Management:
• Oversee vendor reconciliations, balance confirmations, and resolution of outstanding items.
